 Baba Vanga, also known as Vangeliya Pandeva Dimitrova, was a Bulgarian mystic, clairvoyant, and herbalist who lived from 1911 to 1996. 

She is said to have had the ability to predict future events, and many people believe that she correctly predicted a number of major events, including the September 11 terrorist attacks, the rise of ISIS, and the election of Barack Obama as President of the United States. 

However, many of her predictions were vague and open to interpretation, and there is no scientific evidence to support her claims of psychic abilities. Additionally, many of her predictions were not accurate.

Baba Vanga also claimed to have healing powers and to be able to cure various illnesses through prayer and the use of herbal remedies. She was also known for her philanthropy and her efforts to help the poor and the disabled.

Many people in Eastern Europe, especially in Bulgaria, still consider her a powerful figure and visit her grave in search of blessings and guidance.

It is important to note that many of her predictions were made after the events have happened, and are not verifiable, also there is no scientific evidence to support her claims of psychic abilities.
