Ingredients:
1 lb turnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, toss the turnips with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the turnips out on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
